Official invitation

In accordance with the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 30, 2017 No. 2403-p the XII "Integrated Safety and Security Exhibition – 2019" (hereinafter – ISSE) will be held from June 5 to June 7, 2019, in Pavilion No. 75 of VDNH EXPO and on June 8, 2019 on the territory of Noginskiy rescue center EMERCOM of Russia in city of Noginsk. ISSE is organized by EMERCOM of Russia and Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia together with interested federal executive bodies.

ISSE is the leading federal Russian exhibition project, focused on the demonstration of the results of state policy and achievements in the field of security in various spheres of life.
In 2019, the year of the 370th anniversary of fire protection in Russia, ISSE will once again bring together representatives of federal and regional government bodies, industry associations and unions, as well as key Russian and foreign manufacturers and experts in the field of security.
