A large-scale demonstration training of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations took place in the Moscow region as part of the Integrated Security-2021 salon

On May 16, within the framework of the XIII International Salon of Security Means "Integrated Security-2021", a large-scale demonstration training of the forces and means of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations was held at the training ground of the Noginsk Rescue Center of the EMERCOM of Russia. The event was opened by the Minister of EMERCOM of Russia Evgeniy Zinichev.

The training was attended by about 800 people, about 200 pieces of equipment, including aircraft and helicopters of the emergency department, unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as specialized robotic systems.

Together with Russian rescuers, colleagues from Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan - rescuers of the Forces of the Commonwealth of Independent States - demonstrated their professional skills. The exercise was also attended by heads and employees of relevant emergency services - more than 200 specialists from 56 countries.

During the training, the rescue units of the EMERCOM of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, representatives of other departments and emergency services worked out joint actions to eliminate the consequences of almost all types of natural and man-made emergencies.

The training made it possible to put into practice new special and fire-rescue equipment, to introduce modern innovative technologies in providing assistance to victims.

The environment against which the training was held was created according to an unlikely scenario in order to maximize the demonstration of rescue technologies and the capabilities of the forces and means of ensuring the country's security.

According to the legend of the training, a typhoon passed over the territory of Central Russia, as a result of which the territories were flooded, the dam broke, the destruction of residential and industrial facilities, traffic accidents were formed, fires were formed, there were many victims.

This year the training was large-scale. It consisted of several completely different stories on the elimination of conditional emergencies: training in the actions of rescue units during an accident, including on railway and air transport, at a mining and chemical plant, as well as gas rescue units of the emergency chemical service. In addition, the audience of the Salon could see how the rescue on water, the elimination of emergency situations as a result of natural and man-made fires, as well as in the territory with non-neutralized explosive objects from the Second World War, takes place.

Extinguishing fires in a high-risk area, opening destroyed premises and providing unimpeded access for equipment and rescue units were demonstrated by modern robotic systems.

During the demonstration training, 14 aircraft from the Russian Emergencies Ministry were involved. Equipped with modern fire extinguishing systems, the Il-76 and Be-200 ChS aircraft carried out a targeted discharge of extinguishing liquid onto the centers of conditional natural and man-made fires, including during the liquidation of an accident on the railway and air transport. The aviation group of the Russian Emergencies Ministry, consisting of 10 helicopters, conducted aerial reconnaissance of the conditional emergency zone, airborne rescuers, and also evacuated victims from disaster areas.

For the first time this year, an unmanned aircraft of an aircraft type with a range of up to 250 km, equipped with various types of payload, was presented at the exercises. It allows you to perform the entire range of tasks facing unmanned aircraft. Its main advantage is the continuous flight time of up to 10 hours.

To eliminate emergencies, unmanned aerial vehicles were also involved in the training, which carried out reconnaissance and monitoring of the emergency zone, a tracked amphibious transporter, tank trucks, combined fire extinguishing installations and other fire and rescue equipment.

The training ended with demonstration performances of rescuers, the passage of a column of new models of equipment, a flight over the tribune of aircraft, as well as a ceremonial march of the parade crew of the EMERCOM of Russia.
