EMERCOM of Russia presents its developments at two industry exhibitions

This week, the results of the work of scientists of the emergency department are presented at two significant scientific and technical platforms.

At the 24th Moscow International Salon of Inventions and Innovative Technologies "Archimedes", the developments of the All-Russian Research Institute on Civil Defense and Emergencies and the All-Russian Research Institute of Fire Defense are presented. For the ninth year in a row, EMERCOM of Russia has been exhibiting its latest developments here. This year, visitors can get acquainted with a prototype of a control system for a radiation monitoring complex, created by scientists from the All-Russian Research Institute of Civil Defense and Emergencies. The complex includes two aircraft-type drones. Scientists of the Institute of Fire Protection presented for the exposition a breathing apparatus with compressed air, military clothing for a firefighter, protective kits and equipment for extinguishing a fire. Salon "Archimedes" is held in Moscow on the territory of the hotel "Cosmos" and will last until March 26.

Every year at the largest event in the field of procurement - the forum and exhibition "State order", inventions of the institutions of the emergency department are exhibited. This year, the event takes place on the territory of the All-Russian Exhibition Center from March 24 to 26. Forum guests will see samples of popular products developed by VNIIPO specialists. Among the exhibits of the exhibition are firefighter's military clothing for the northern regions made of heat-resistant fabric of increased wear resistance, a 4-hour breathing apparatus, a fire monitor designed, among other things, for precipitating clouds of poisonous or radioactive gases and other product samples. Today the event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Yuri Borisov and Deputy Minister of EMERCOM of Russia Nikolai Grechushkin. The deputy head of the department invited his colleague to visit the International Salon "Integrated Security", which will be held from 12 to 16 May at the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center.
