The representatives of the EMERCOM universities of Russia exchanged experience with colleagues of the Republic of Belarus

On April 7, representatives of the five largest universities EMERCOM of Russia, during an official visit to the Republic of Belarus, took part in the XV International Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists "Ensuring Life Safety: Problems and Prospects."

The Russian delegation at the event, which takes place in the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of Belarus, is represented by the management of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, the Academy of Civil Defense of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, the Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia, the Ivanovo Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia and the Ural Institute of State Fire Service Rof the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia.

During the visit, the delegates got acquainted with the activities of the University of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus, the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Studies, as well as the Educational Security Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, where they were shown the work of more than 30 interactive sites, the expositions of which were built with the maximum transmission of reality using modern information technologies, a digital environment, and also technologies of augmented and virtual reality.

The exchange of experience in the field of training personnel for emergency rescue services, as well as the regulatory and legal and methodological basis for training were discussed during a working meeting with the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus Vadim Sinyavsky. During the event, the parties discussed the development and implementation of innovative (advanced) technologies for personnel training, as well as expanding the range of joint training programs and exchange of cadets, teaching staff between the rescue universities of Belarus and Russia.

Cooperation with the Republic of Belarus in the field of prevention and elimination of emergencies has a traditional, stable, friendly and progressive character. This visit will contribute to the collection of partnerships, will contribute to the establishment of close working contacts, deepening cooperation in the areas of cooperation of educational institutions of emergency rescue profile.
